2021 2nd Annual Red Nose Wrap-Up

We’re doing it again! Register now for the 2nd Annual Red Nose Wrap-Up – and let’s put a nice, pretty bow on lacrosse for 2021!

I’m sure you all have a lot of questions like, “Is Purple Reign coming back to defend its title?” or “”Will that old guy pull a hammy this time?” The answer is ‘yes’ to both of those, but here’s what you really want to know:

WHEN: Dec. 11^th – 12:00 pm to 5:30 pm*

WHERE: Strong Rock Christian Academy (Football Stadium) – same as last year

WHO: There are two Divisions (like last year), but with a couple of minor tweaks:​

• Junior Division: Grades K-6 – all players who register in this division will compete in 4v4 play (3 players + 1 goalie). These games will be played with box goals and soft “pinkie” balls (but helmets/sticks/mouthguards are still required). Teams will be ‘drafted’ by coaches on 12/10 – teams will be balanced to keep things safe, fair, and fun for all players. Official rules and additional info will be sent out to all registered players prior to the event.
• Senior Division: Everyone Else - really, this division had players from high school all the way up to Shady Acres Retirement Home last year. It worked, because we ALL kept things safe, friendly and fun...let’s do that again this year! Only rule change (based on multiple requests): you may roster up to 7 players, but those additional players are stuck with your team. This is the only change and/or rule affecting your team/roster planning.

WHAT: Anyone can play for FREE, but we are asking for a $10 donation to help offset the costs (this is reflected in the registration fee). If things are tight and you can’t swing it right now, just enter promo code FREE and we’ll take that $10 away (but please consider...it’s a cheap day of lax).

Regardless of which option you choose, you will still need a valid/current USA Lacrosse # (required for all players – no exceptions). If you can’t remember your number or aren’t sure when it expires, you can check on the USA Lacrosse website HERE.

TEAM/TEAMMATE INFO: Junior Division will be assigned to even/fair teams by coaches – you should ignore questions about Team/Teammates during registration (these are optional). Senior Division registrants SHOULD enter the name of their Team and/or Teammates (if known). This will help us organize rosters/schedules in advance of the tournament. We will send the final rosters/schedule on 12/10.

REMINDER: Have a fun name. We will vote on the best team name for each division. Be creative!
