Henry Youth Lacrosse (HYL) has partnered with USA Lacrosse to host a beginner lacrosse clinic for boys and girls in grades K-8th on December 11, 2021, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at Strong Rock Christian School in Locust Grove, GA. This is a great opportunity for children in Henry County to try lacrosse without having to commit to playing a full season or purchase equipment.
The clinic costs $35 and includes 90-minutes of fast-paced games designed to introduce new players to basic lacrosse skills needed to play the game. The clinic will be led by both expert instructors from USA Lacrosse and our local USA Lacrosse Certified Coaches. Whether your child has an interest in lacrosse before or after this event, they are guaranteed to have fun learning to play a new game. ALL participants will receive a FREE boys or girls lacrosse stick and a FREE one-year membership to USA Lacrosse (worth more than $100).
TryLax is limited to the first 50 boys and 50 girls who sign up. We recommend registering for this event NOW, while spots are still available. We expect the clinic to fill up before Thanksgiving. To register...
Participants must be NEW lacrosse players (NOT current members of USA Lacrosse). This is a clinic is intended for beginner players.
If you have questions about the TryLax Clinic or anything lacrosse-related, please contact Jeremy Porter at firstname.lastname@example.org. We hope to see you at the clinic!
You don’t need lacrosse experience to coach, you just need to be willing to learn. USA Lacrosse has a great coach development program that makes the process easy – and first-year coaches can get started in as little as one hour of online training and one hour of field instruction.
