Henry Youth Lacrosse will offer Boys Lacrosse for players in grades 2-8 for the Spring 2024 Season. Players will be assigned to team based on school grade, typically in the following groupings:
Team groupings may change based on league rules and/or registration numbers. Teams will practice two nights per week starting in late January and continuing through early May. Games will begin in mid-February and will continue through the first week in May. Games are typically on Saturday mornings or early afternoon, though sometimes are scheduled on Sunday afternoon (depending on opponent field and officials availability).

Click on “Start Player Registration” to the far right of the screen to begin the registration process. NOTE: USA Lacrosse Membership is required for all players. If your player does not have a Membership, you will have the opportunity to purchase or renew a Membership during the registration process. USA Lacrosse Memberships are annual and typically range from $15 to $35 per-year, depending on your player’s age. USA Lacrosse is expected to increase Membership prices in January 2024. Please complete your Spring 2024 registration before January to avoid additional fees. If you purchase or renew your Membership for the Spring 2024 season, you will not need to renew your Membership until the Spring 2025 season. Uniforms are not included in registration. Players requiring new uniforms will have an opportunity to order uniforms during the registration process. Uniform fees are not due until uniforms arrive (typically 2-3 weeks after practice begins). Boys uniforms are $72 and include a reversible game jersey, game shorts and a “shooter” shirt (a moisture-wicking t-shirt boys wear under their pads). Girls uniforms are $55 and include a reversible game jersey and girls lacrosse skirt. New players will also receive a reversible practice jersey at no additional cost ($20 value). Registration does not include player equipment, though Henry Youth Lacrosse does provide several options to help reduce the cost of equipment for new players. Your coaches will review these options with parents/guardians before practices begin. HYL helps introduce the game to children in K-8th Grade, and regardless of age, grade, means, ability, or experience, helps those children develop their skills and reach their full potential on and off the field.
